Group G is looking for a young, proactive, and well-organized professional to work closely with the Director and support day-to-day business operations and internal coordination.

Role & responsibilities

Work closely with the Director on day-to-day business and operational activities.

Coordinate and communicate with different departments to ensure smooth flow of information.

Follow up with teams on assigned tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.

Maintain regular communication between the Director and internal teams.

Assist in tracking ongoing activities, priorities, and action items.

Prepare basic reports, updates, presentations, and MIS as required.

Coordinate meetings, discussions, and follow-ups across departments.





Handle day-to-day operational requirements and ensure timely closure of tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

Fresher to 3 years of experience. Graduate in any discipline

Excellent verbal and written communication skills is MUST

Strong coordination and follow-up skills

Good command of MS Office / Google Workspace

Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced workplace

Comfortable communicating with senior management and multiple departments

Candidates from Operations, Coordination, Business Support, Management Trainee, or similar backgrounds are welcome
