Qualifications / Personal Attributes

- Graduate / Diploma in any discipline (preferably with specialization in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Materials Management)

- 2-5 years of experience in despatch/logistics operations in a manufacturing setup

- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / etc.)

- Knowledge of documentation (invoice, e-way bill, LR, packing list), vehicle coordination, and dispatch planning

- Positive communication and coordination skills

- Ability to work in shifts and handle dispatch-related documentation and compliance

- Coordinate daily despatch activities including packing, documentation, and vehicle scheduling

- Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, e-way bills, LR, and packing lists





- Ensure timely dispatch of finished goods as per customer and plant requirements

- Liaise with transporters, warehouse, central planning and production teams for smooth dispatch operations

- Maintain dispatch records and update ERP / SAP systems accurately

- Monitor vehicle turnaround time and optimize dispatch efficiency

- Ensure compliance with statutory and audit requirements related to logistics

- Support daily monthly dispatch MIS and reporting

- Assist in resolving dispatch-related issues and customer queries
