Basic Functions / Job ResponsibilityContent Research & Agenda Development

- Conduct research on emerging industry trends, business themes, and technology developments to support conference content.

- Curate relevant topics and assist in developing engaging event agendas.

- Draft concept notes, session briefs, speaker profiles, and event-related content.

- Support the development of innovative session formats and interactive conference experiences.

- Ensure event content remains relevant, insightful, and aligned with audience expectations.

Speaker Research & Engagement

- Research and identify leading Indian and global industry experts, practitioners, policymakers, and thought leaders.

- Build and maintain a speaker database and support speaker outreach activities.

- Coordinate with speakers throughout the event lifecycle, including invitations, confirmations, briefing, and logistics.

- Ensure timely communication and a seamless engagement experience for speakers.

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications, Experience





- 3-5 years of experience in content research, conference production, event management, communications, or a related role.

- Prior experience supporting B2B conferences, industry events, or thought leadership platforms is preferred.

- Exposure to the IT, technology, startup, or digital ecosystem will be an advantage.

- Strong research, writing, and content development skills.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to engage professionally with senior industry stakeholders.

- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.

- Creative mindset with an interest in developing engaging conference experiences.

- Positive analytical skills with the ability to interpret market trends and participant feedback.

- Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
