Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate end-to-end event operations and execution.
· Manage vendors, freelancers, production teams, and event partners.
· Handle event logistics including travel, accommodation, transportation, branding, and material movement.
· Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders for seamless execution.
· Monitor event timelines, budgets, and operational requirements.
· Ensure timely procurement and delivery of event-related materials and services.
· Maintain event inventory and operational records.
Requirements:
· 1–3 years of experience in event operations or event management agency.
· Willingness to travel and work on weekends as per event requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
