Role Description The Executive – Capital Market role is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The role involves supporting capital markets and securities law mandates, including assisting in drafting and reviewing offer documents, transaction agreements, and regulatory filings.

The Executive will conduct legal and financial research, track regulatory developments, and prepare client notes and internal briefs on capital market regulations and related areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, regulators, and internal teams, managing documentation and compliance checklists,



and contributing to advisory work on capital market transactions and regulatory registrations (such as AIFs, PMS, and FPIs). The role also includes preparing presentations, working papers, and reports to support business development and client engagement activities.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret regulations, assess transaction structures, and review documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written drafting, concise reporting, and professional client interaction.
- Foundational understanding of Finance concepts relevant to capital markets, securities, and investment products.
- Ability to contribute to Sales and Business Development initiatives, including preparing pitches, proposals, and client presentations.
- Qualified degree in law (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution/ Chartered Accountant and Company Secretaries; exposure to corporate or securities law preferred.
- Knowledge of SEBI, Companies Act, and related regulatory frameworks; prior experience or internships in capital markets or corporate advisory are an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong time management, and ability to work collaboratively in a structured, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfort with research databases and online regulatory resources.
