Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive executive support to the CEO/leadership team, including complex calendar management, scheduling and prioritisation across multiple time zones (India, ASEAN, Middle East, Central Asia, Europe, LATAM, Africa).
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, visas and logistics for leadership visits to group offices and partner sites globally.
- Prepare, proofread and format board papers, investor updates, presentations and correspondence, working closely with finance, business development and technical teams.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders investors, government/free-zone partners, technology providers and portfolio-company leadership managing communications with discretion and professionalism.
- Organise and minute leadership, board and partner meetings; track action items and follow up on deliverables to closure.
- Support coordination of technology and innovation initiatives — liaising with technical/engineering teams on venture-building, pilot projects and R&D; collaborations (e.g., hydrogen production, storage and utilisation ventures).
- Assist with basic research, data compilation and formatting of technical/commercial documents, presentations and reports for partnerships, ventures and innovation-hub initiatives.
- Manage confidential information, contracts and documentation with a high degree of accuracy and discretion.
- Support office administration for the Bengaluru office, including vendor coordination, expense management and event/offsite planning.
- Assist in onboarding of current hires and coordination with global teams on cross-functional projects.
Experience Required
- 10–15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff support role,
or similar senior administrative/coordination role.
- Prior experience supporting C-suite or senior leadership, ideally in a technology, engineering, start-up or innovation-driven organisation.
- Prior roles such as Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to CXOs, Chief of Staff support, or Program/Project Coordinator in a tech or engineering environment.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree required; a degree or diploma in Engineering, Technology, Science or a related technical discipline like Management is strongly preferred given the technical nature of the business.
- Additional certification in business administration, project management (e.g., PMP/CAPM) or executive assistance is an advantage.
- Strong technical aptitude — comfortable understanding and summarising technical/engineering concepts (hydrogen, electrolysers, data centres, renewable energy) well enough to support leadership communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; ability to draft clear, professional correspondence and presentations.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration/productivity tools (Teams, Slack, Google Workspace, project trackers).
- Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-geography environment.
- High level of discretion, integrity and sound judgement in handling confidential and commercially sensitive information.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface confidently with senior executives, government bodies, investors and technical experts.
