Job Summary (Easy Language):

We are looking for a well-organized and active Executive Assistant to support senior management with daily administrative and coordination tasks. The ideal candidate should be careful with details, professional in behavior, and able to handle confidential information responsibly.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes
- Handle travel arrangements and accommodation bookings
- Draft, review,



and manage correspondence and reports
- Screen phone calls and emails, prioritizing urgent matters
- Maintain confidential files and sensitive information
- Assist in preparing presentations and business documents
- Track deadlines, follow-ups, and key deliverables
- Support special projects and executive initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Solid organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management tools
- Ability to multitask
