Job Summary

Acts as a Subject Matter Expert for Lead Logistics operations across 3PL, 4PL, and DCM processes, driving customer experience, process stability, KPI governance, and continuous improvement through standardization, automation, and data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

- Being part of a large global team responsible for container tracking and cargo operations.

- Handling complex queries from stakeholders by applying internal processes and procedures.

- Troubleshooting exceptional queries by working with internal departments to provide customer-focused resolutions.

- Ensuring no fines or penalties are imposed and preventing claims.

- Performing RCA analysis of discrepancies and operational failures.

- Participating in internal team meetings and contributing ideas and suggestions for overall process improvement and waste elimination.

Qualifications

- 1-3 yrs experience in an MNC with documentation/order or transaction processing/query handling
