About the Role

We're looking for Event Planner Interns who want hands-on exposure to the full event lifecycle - from client consultation to flawless on-ground execution. You'll work directly with our operations and sales teams at a live, high-volume venue.

What You'll Do

- Assist in end-to-end planning and execution of weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and social functions
- Coordinate with clients on requirements, themes, and event flow
- Liaise with vendors (decor, catering, photography, entertainment) for smooth delivery
- Support venue walkthroughs, client presentations, and package discussions




- Manage on-ground execution: setup supervision, guest coordination, and event-day troubleshooting
- Maintain event checklists, timelines, and post-event reports
- Contribute ideas for themes, experiences, and guest engagement

Who Should Apply
- Students or recent graduates in Hospitality, Event Management, Hotel Management, MBA, or any discipline with genuine interest in events
- Strong communication skills in English and Kannada/Hindi
- Comfortable working weekends and event-day schedules (weekday offs provided)
- High ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
- Based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate
