Role Description The Event Production Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for coordinating the technical and logistical aspects of events from pre-production through post-event wrap-up. Day-to-day tasks include supporting event planning, managing production timelines, coordinating vendors and suppliers, and overseeing in office setup, staging, and dismantling.

The role involves close collaboration with internal teams and clients to interpret event concepts, plan run-of-show schedules, and ensure all production elements (audio, visual, lighting, décor, and staging) are executed smoothly.

The Event Production





Specialist will monitor budgets and resources, manage event documentation, and assist with risk assessment and contingency planning. This position also includes post-event evaluation, reporting on performance, and recommending improvements for future events.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills, with experience in coordinating multiple projects and timelines.
- Candidates should possess Event Production expertise, including familiarity with technical setups, vendor coordination, and on-site execution.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Budgeting skills, with the ability to track costs, optimize resources, and adhere to financial constraints.
- Relevant experience in corporate events, conferences, exhibitions, or large-scale festivals is beneficial.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and capacity to work under time-sensitive conditions.
- Proficiency in basic office and project management tools; experience with event management software is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on event schedules.
