Role: Event Coordinator

Wishwa Foundation(https://www.wishwa.org/ ,https://wishwafoundation.org/) is a start-up based in Hyderabad that works to bring about social change in the society. We are looking for a highly driven, self-motivated, skilled individual to manage, coordinate, and operate our flagship program called WishwaTalks, which is a popular interactive weekly webinar hosted every week, that is focused on gaining in-depth knowledge from the experts, on a wide range of topics that are pertinent to the current social context. Offline events also are planned and executed.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Plan and Execute Events(online or offline)
2. Manage database of potential webinar attendees so as to reach large audience base.
3. Managing Schedules & Follow team checklists and SOP for conducting the Webinars
4. Analysis of WishwaTalks Weekly & Monthly Analysis of attendees
5.



Good Coordination with internal Team and External Vendors in order to get the Deliverables on Time
6. Ability to generate & make plans that may help in the success of future events
7. Should be expert on zoom, social media posting and any other technical knowledge required to conduct the webinars
8. Great communication skills to interact well with speakers and subscribers
9. Increasing collaborations with influencers to promote the webinars.

Skills Needed

1. Fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Telugu would be an added advantage.
2. Should have Knowledge and interest in Conducting Webinars
3. Should have positive knowledge in MS office
4. Expert in setting up and using Zoom and Google Meets.
5. Should have good knowledge on Current social Trends and Current Affairs
