Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ETL Test Lead with strong expertise in ETL testing and advanced SQL skills. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Healthcare domain, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience leading ETL testing activities across the SDLC.

Mandatory Skills

Strong experience as an ETL Test Lead

Excellent knowledge of SQL (Mandatory)

Hands-on experience in ETL Testing, Data Validation, and Data Migration Testing

Strong understanding of Data Warehousing concepts

Experience preparing and executing test cases, test plans, and defect management

Ability to analyze complex datasets and validate source-to-target mappings





Prior experience in the Healthcare domain is highly preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Experience leading testing teams and coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders

Test Planning & Execution

Defect Tracking (JIRA/ALM or similar)

Exclusions

Snowflake experience is NOT required (Profiles focused primarily on Snowflake may not be suitable.)

Experience with healthcare data, claims, EHR/EMR, or related healthcare applications

Robust analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience working in Agile environments
