About the role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and process-driven ERPNext Functional Consultant who can understand business requirements, analyze existing workflows, and translate them into effective ERP solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful ERP implementation, process improvement, and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand and analyze client business processes and requirements.
- Map existing As-Is processes and design optimized To-Be workflows .
- Configure and implement ERPNext modules based on business requirements.
- Work closely with clients to understand their operational and financial requirements.
- Prepare process documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
- Conduct client training and support users during and after implementation.
- Coordinate with the development team for customizations and integrations.
- Assist with testing, UAT, issue resolution, and successful ERP implementation.
- Provide post-implementation support and ensure smooth ERP adoption.

Required Skills & Qualification:

- 3–6+ years of experience in ERP/ERPNext implementation or functional consulting .




- Robust understanding of business processes, particularly Accounting & Finance, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, and related operations .
- Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical ERP workflows.
- Strong communication, documentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to work closely with both clients and technical/development teams.

Nice to have:

- CA / CA Inter qualification.
- Hands-on experience with ERPNext / Frappe .
- Experience in ERP implementation, configuration, or business process consulting.
- Experience working with Accounting & Finance modules .
- Understanding of ERP integrations and customizations.
- Experience in client-facing consulting roles.
- Knowledge of other ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, or similar systems.
