Role Description This is a full time remote role for an Equity Research Specialist. In this position, the specialist will conduct in-depth equity research on companies, sectors, and markets, preparing clear, data-driven reports and insights for PInterview’s users and internal teams.

Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, analyzing financial statements, tracking key market developments, and translating complex financial information into accessible content.



The role also involves collaborating with product and content teams to design interview preparation materials, case studies, and questions that reflect real-world equity research scenarios. The specialist will regularly communicate findings to cross-functional stakeholders and contribute to improving PInterview’s learning resources for finance and equity research interviews.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Equity Research.
- Candidates should possess solid Finance knowledge and hands-on Financial Modeling skills.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant experience in investment research, asset management, or financial consulting is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proficiency with spreadsheets, financial databases, and research tools is an advantage.
