Role Description The Environmental Health Safety Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. The specialist will oversee environmental, health, and safety programs across project sites and offices, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, site inspections, and safety audits; identifying hazards; and recommending corrective actions to maintain safe working conditions.

The role involves developing and delivering safety training, creating and updating EHS policies and procedures, and maintaining documentation and incident reports.



The specialist will collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and other stakeholders to embed EHS best practices into design and execution, support incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety culture.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Health & Safety and Workplace Safety, with the ability to implement and monitor safety standards at project sites.
- Candidates should possess solid knowledge of Setting Health and Safety (EHS) and Occupational Health, including regulatory requirements, risk assessment, and compliance reporting.
- Candidates should possess skills in Safety Training, with experience designing and delivering training programs, toolbox talks, and safety awareness campaigns.
- Relevant experience in construction, fit-out, or infrastructure projects, preferably in commercial or corporate environments.
- Working knowledge of local and national EHS regulations, codes, and industry best practices.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and incident investigation skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and promote a safety-first culture.
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; recognized EHS certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are an advantage.
