Entrepreneurship Internship (MBA Final Semester) — AskCruz

About the role

We're offering a 6-month, high-intensity internship for final-semester MBA students who want to learn how to actually build a company — not observe one. You'll work directly with the founder across sales, operations, and strategy execution on live, real-stakes projects for AskCruz. This isn't a rotational shadow program — you'll own deliverables, make decisions, and be accountable for outcomes from week one.

What you'll do

- Execute real projects across sales support, proposal development, market research, and operations — the same work driving actual revenue decisions
- Work directly with the founder in a fast, high-pressure setting where priorities shift daily
- Take ownership of specific workstreams end-to-end, not just tasks assigned and checked off
- Progress into managing pieces of the team or specific initiatives as you prove capability — this is earned, not scheduled
- Learn how founder-level decisions actually get made: pricing, GTM, hiring, pipeline strategy — by being in the room for it





What you'll walk away with
- Direct, hands-on experience building a company from near-zero, not case studies
- Real ownership and management experience most first jobs won't give you for years
- A strong shot at a full-time offer at the end of six months, based entirely on performance — not a formality

What we're looking for
- Final semester of MBA program (graduating within the internship window or shortly after)
- High tolerance for ambiguity and pace — this is not a structured, hand-held program
- Strong execution instincts: you finish what you start, and you finish it right
- Comfortable taking ownership without being told exactly how — we'll tell you the outcome we need, not the steps
- Genuine interest in operating/building, not just a resume line

Structure 6 months, full-time. Stipend-based Rs 15000. Performance is reviewed continuously, not just at the end — strong performers will see their scope expand well before month six.
