At Total Language , we're building one of the most advanced AI-powered Language Service Platforms (LSP) in the world. Our platform enables enterprises to manage interpreting, translation, AI translation, AI-assisted interpreting, scheduling, compliance, billing, and multilingual communication—all from a single platform.

We're looking for an experienced Senior SEO & Organic Growth Manager to build our organic growth engine from the ground up and establish Total Language as the leading authority in the language technology industry.

This is not a maintenance role. This is an opportunity to own the SEO strategy for a fast-growing SaaS platform and compete with global LSP (Language Service Provider) companies.

Your Mission

As our SEO leader, you will:

- Build Total Language into the #1 organic brand in the language technology industry.
- Develop and execute a long-term SEO roadmap focused on qualified enterprise lead generation.
- Design and scale a programmatic SEO strategy capable of supporting thousands of landing pages.
- Increase qualified organic traffic, demo requests, and pipeline contribution.
- Optimize our visibility across Google Search, AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and other AI-powered search experiences.
- Build topical authority around interpreting, translation, AI translation, localization, healthcare, legal, and enterprise language services.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, AI/ML, Design, and Content teams to implement scalable SEO initiatives.
- Define KPIs, measure SEO ROI, and present performance updates to executive leadership.

- Building a scalable SEO framework supporting thousands of high-quality landing pages.
- Significantly increasing qualified organic traffic.
- Growing non-branded search visibility.
- Improving AI Search visibility across major AI platforms.
- Establishing Total Language as a trusted educational resource in the language technology industry.
- Creating measurable growth in organic leads and revenue.

Required Experience

- 6–12 years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Proven success growing organic traffic for B2B SaaS or enterprise software companies.
- Strong technical SEO expertise.
- Experience with programmatic SEO.
- Strong understanding of information architecture and scalable website structures.
- Experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Advanced knowledge of Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure SEO performance and business impact.




- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience

- Enterprise SaaS SEO.
- International SEO and multilingual websites.
- AI Search optimization (AI Overviews, AEO, GEO).
- Schema implementation.
- JavaScript SEO.
- Next.js or modern web frameworks.
- API documentation SEO.
- Experience scaling websites to 100K+ monthly organic visitors.

Note: Previous experience in the Language Services industry is not required . We value exceptional SEO expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to build scalable organic growth systems. Industry knowledge can be learned.
