We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Project Manager who can lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a solid blend of technical understanding, project management expertise, and stakeholder management, with proven experience delivering projects for global clients.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Project Management

● Plan, schedule, and execute technical projects (medium to large scale). ● Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and milestones.

● Track progress using project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello, etc.).

● Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.

1. Technical Oversight

● Understand software or system architecture and technical requirements. ● Review technical designs, deliverables, and quality standards.

● Provide input on technical feasibility and resource requirements.

1. Team & Stakeholder Management

● Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with developers, QA, operations, and business teams. ● Conduct stand-ups, status meetings, and sprint reviews (in Agile setups).

● Communicate project updates, roadblocks,



and outcomes to stakeholders and clients.

1. Quality & Process Management

● Ensure deliverables meet technical specifications and organizational standards. ● Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize project delivery.

● Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned.

1. Resource & Budget Management

● Allocate and monitor resources effectively. ● Track project budgets, expenditures, and timelines.

● Ensure optimal utilization of team capacity and tools.

1. Documentation & Reporting

● Maintain project plans, technical documentation, and progress reports. ● Ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and organizational requirements.
1. Typical Skills Required

● Project Management: Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban. ● Technical Knowledge: Software development, cloud, infrastructure, data integration, or a domain relevant to the project.

● Tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello, Git, CI/CD pipelines (depending on tech).

● Soft Skills: Communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, risk management.

Qualifications

● B.Tech + MBA / M.Tech / B.Tech (CSE), Any computer background + Management background.
