Are you someone who can take an AI solution from “this could work” to “this is working in production” ?

We’re looking for an AI Deployment & Solutions Strategist to work closely with enterprise customers and drive the end-to-end deployment of AI solutions — from understanding business problems and defining the right solution to implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement.

? What you’ll own

• Lead enterprise AI deployments from discovery and scoping to production launch

• Translate business requirements into clear solution, integration, and implementation plans

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, and customer teams to drive execution

• Lead discussions around APIs, data flows, integrations, and system architecture

- Define success metrics and track AI solution performance post-deployment
- Identify improvement areas and drive continuous optimisation of AI agents
- Spot new AI use cases and opportunities to expand adoption within enterprise accounts




- Manage stakeholders, risks, dependencies, blockers, and delivery timelines

? What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, consulting, product, technical problem-solving, strategy, or similar roles

• Solid understanding of APIs, data flows, integrations, and enterprise systems

- Strong project and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, structure complex problems, and drive things to closure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• A high-ownership, high-agency mindset

⭐ Good to have

• Background in management / strategy / technical consulting

• Experience working with AI/ML or AI-powered products

• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment

- Exposure to enterprise AI deployments or transformation initiatives
