As Engineering

Manager for Salesforce, youll own the full lifecycle of our Salesforce platform from architecture decisions to features that directly impact revenue and customer experience. Youll lead a team of engineers, partner closely with Product and Business, and define how AI and automation reshape the way we work and deliver.

Your Role at SIXT

- You own the end-to-end success of our Salesforce platform domain, from architecture and design through deployment at global scale

- You set the technical direction for major SFDC initiatives, reviewing platform architecture and ensuring your team ships with both quality and speed

- You lead, grow, and retain a high-performing team of Salesforce engineers, setting clear goals, removing blockers, and actively investing in each persons development

- You drive tight collaboration between Engineering, Product, and Business, translating commercial needs into scalable technical solutions

- You champion AI-assisted development and automation-first thinking across your teams daily workflows





- You manage senior stakeholder expectations and navigate complex technical and commercial trade-offs with clarity and confidence

Your Skills Matter

- Experience You bring 13+ years in software engineering and at least 2 years leading mid-to-large engineering teams

- Salesforce Expertise You have deep hands-on knowledge of Salesforce, including Apex, Triggers, Lightning Flows, LWC, and modern web technologies such as JavaScript and Web Components

- AI Automation You actively use AI tools such as Agentforce, GitHub Copilot, or similar to accelerate delivery, and you set the same expectation for your team

- Ways of Working You are fluent in Agile and Scrum, and you know how to make distributed, cross-functional teams work well together

- Communication You communicate with precision aligning engineers, influencing business leaders, and writing technical decisions that stick

- Mindset You thrive in rapid-moving environments, lead with curiosity, and see ambiguity as an opportunity rather than an obstacle
