Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead backend and frontend engineering teams in designing, developing, and delivering scalable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Java technologies along with modern frontend frameworks such as Vue.js and Angular.

The candidate will be responsible for technical leadership, project delivery, people management, architecture decisions, and ensuring engineering best practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage software engineering teams across backend and frontend development.
- Drive end-to-end application development and delivery.
- Collaborate with product managers, QA teams, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
- Design scalable and high-performance application architectures.
- Review code and enforce engineering standards and best practices.
- Manage sprint planning, estimations, and agile ceremonies.
- Mentor team members and support career development.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality.
- Handle production support and critical issue resolution.
- Improve application performance, scalability, and security.
- Drive continuous improvement in development processes and team productivity.
