Profile: Engineer/Senior Engineer - Mechanical

Location: Kunigal Industrial Area, Tumakuru District, Karnataka,

CTC offered- upto 8 LPA

Min exp- 8 yrs

Job Profile:

1. Trouble shooting in a fully automatic production line.
2. Responsible for the productive operation and maintenance of all Machines in the Production Dept.
3. Report Major Problems of the machines to Maintenance Manager and help to reduce turn around time.
4. First intervention of mechanical alarms, trouble shooting and defects. 5. Prepare and ensure Preventive Maintenance in consultation with the Maintenance Manager.
5. Able to run and operate production machines during change over periods.
6. Able to execute workshop activities such as Turning, Welding, Milling, power saw, etc.,
7. Operate all utility machines (compressors, steam generators, Vacuum pumps etc.,)
8. Should be familiar with the Maintenance of utilities like Diesel Generator, Compressor, Fire Hydrant Pumps, and STP.
9. Should be familiar with the maintenance of Conveyor Belts, Metallic Conveyors, Over head crane, Gear box,



Exhaust fans & Chain drives.
10. Should have hands on experience of TOTAL 8 -10 years in Maintenance dept in a similar process industry.
11. Should be ready to work with hands during emergency & major break downs.
12. Should be familiar with the operation of conventional machines.
13. Should be familiar with preventive & Predictive maintenance.
14. Should plan & execute the Preventive maintenance and responsible for the spares planning of all the machines & critical spares stock.
15. Should co-ordinate with purchase for getting the required spares.
16. Should be familiar with the Auto cad drawing.
17. Should be able to take the decision, lead the team of technicians and to have the skill of motivation. & Team work.
18. Should be ready to work in shifts and stay at Kunigal is a must
