Requirements
- MDS in Endodontics (or BDS with solid endodontic experience)
- 0–4 years of post-qualification clinical experience
- Willingness to be trained and mentored in cosmetic dentistry and smile design
- Strong patient communication skills
- Comfortable working with SOPs, digital workflows, and performance metrics
Key Responsibilities
- Perform root canal treatments to Dezy’s clinical standards
- Undergo structured training in cosmetic/smile design procedures under expert mentorship
- Conduct diagnosis and treatment planning using AI-powered diagnostic tools
- Ensure SOP adherence, hygiene, and safety compliance
- Drive case acceptance and treatment conversions
- Collaborate with clinic leadership and support staff for seamless patient care
