Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Partnership
- Partner with DC Heads, BPHRs, Unit HRs, and business leaders on people strategy and organizational effectiveness.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee sentiment, organizational climate, and workforce risks.
- Influence culture, engagement, and talent initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Facilitate leadership decision-making on complex employee matters.
- Represent Employee Relations in strategic DC governance forums.
2. Employee Experience & Culture
- Drive employee engagement, inclusion, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
- Lead leadership connects, employee forums, and developmental programs.
- Foster a workplace culture built on respect, inclusion, dignity, and psychological safety.
- Support employee assimilation, retention, and belonging initiatives.
- Champion Infosys Culture & Values across the Development Center.
3. Wellness, Safety & Employee Care
- Lead initiatives related to employee well-being, mental health, and workplace safety.
- Serve as a key support partner during employee emergencies and critical situations.
- Promote psychological safety and a caring workplace workplace.
- Partner with internal stakeholders on wellness programs and employee support mechanisms.
- Strengthen awareness of available employee assistance and support resources.
4. Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Govern adherence to organizational policies, Code of Conduct, and ethical standards.
- Drive audit readiness through robust documentation, reporting, and case governance.
- Monitor people risks, workplace trends, and compliance gaps.
- Lead periodic reviews, audits, and governance assessments.
- Provide insights and recommendations to proactively mitigate organizational risk.
5. Employee Relations & Workplace Resolution
- Manage employee grievances, workplace concerns, and escalations.
- Govern employee listening and resolution channels such as HEAR and other resolution forums.
- Facilitate fair, timely, and objective resolution of employee concerns.
- Build trust through transparent and consistent employee relations practices.
- Ensure confidentiality, neutrality, and procedural fairness in all interventions.
6. Workplace Investigations
- Conduct and oversee investigations relating to misconduct, harassment, ethics, and compliance concerns.
- Partner with HR, Legal, Compliance, and business leaders on sensitive matters.
- Recommend corrective and preventive actions based on findings.
- Ensure investigations are evidence-based, objective, and defensible.
- Prepare audit-ready reports and closure documentation.
7. Talent Assurance & Compliance
- Drive adherence to Infosys Culture & Values, Employee Handbook, and Code of Conduct.
- Manage disciplinary matters related to conduct, information security, privacy, performance, and policy violations.
- Advise leaders on appropriate disciplinary and corrective actions.
- Support workforce risk management and performance governance.
- Identify emerging concerns and implement preventive interventions.
