Role Overview

As an Employer Partnerships Lead , you will serve as the bridge between industry demand and the talent pool of women with disabilities. You are responsible for securing formal manufacturing job opportunities while ensuring the workplace is accessible and suitable for our candidates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Demand Generation & Outreach

- Conduct cold outreach to manufacturing partners in target industrial clusters to secure demand for talent.
- Secure Letters of Intent (LOIs) and specific job vacancies from manufacturing partners to ensure a steady pipeline of roles.
- Translate hiring requirements into actionable job-fitment criteria for the training and mobilization teams.

Site Audits & Compliance

- Conduct factory site safety and accessibility assessments to ensure inclusive infrastructure, shift timings, and transport options to ensure they meet the specific safety and mobility needs of women with disabilities.
- Ensure every placement site meets the Job-Fitment standards required for our candidates.

3. Client Relationship Management

- Maintain robust relationships with HR and shopfloor managers to facilitate smooth communication between the employer and the Atypical Advantage program team.

4. Placement & Onboarding

- Collaborate with Trainers and Mobilizers to match candidate capabilities with specific job roles across different factories.
- Handover the factory site to the program team after receiving LOIs.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, placement, or corporate relationship management, preferably in the manufacturing or blue-collar sector.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel frequently within the designated industrial clusters for site visits and client meetings.
- Empathy & Inclusion: Understanding of disability inclusion and a commitment to championing inclusive hiring practices.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills to manage high-level client interactions.
- Language Proficiency: Confident verbal communication skills in English and any other regional language. Multi-lingual candidates will be preferred.
