Emome is building the future of relationship wellness for the next generation. We believe technology has already transformed how people start relationships. Now it is time to help people maintain them.

We are selecting 10 highly motivated students and recent graduates from different countries to join the first cohort of the Emome Global Growth Fellowship.

This is not a passive internship. It is a selective, high-ownership fellowship for people who want to build, lead, and execute. Fellows will act as local growth leaders for Emome in their university ecosystem and country, helping us test how a new category — LoveTech — can spread across campuses and student communities.

What You Will Do

As an Emome Global Growth Fellow, you will represent Emome in your local market and help launch our first student-led growth campaigns.

Responsibilities

- Build Emome’s presence within your university and local student ecosystem
- Identify and connect with relevant student clubs, societies, creators, and communities
- Design and execute a local awareness or growth campaign tailored to your country/campus
- Recruit and coordinate student creators, artists, or micro-influencers when relevant
- Help generate original Emome-aligned content that may be featured on both your channels and Emome’s




- Gather feedback from students and potential users to help shape product and marketing strategy
- Share weekly progress, insights, and learnings with the Emome team
- Act as a highly proactive ambassador for Emome’s vision and brand

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for people with drive, initiative, creativity, and execution ability.

Ideal Candidates

- Are currently students
- Have solid communication skills in English and in their local market
- Are deeply entrepreneurial and comfortable taking initiative without constant direction
- Know how to build momentum within student communities, clubs, or online audiences
- Have experience in leadership, student societies, startups, content creation, design, marketing, or community building
- Are highly organized, reliable, and able to deliver independently
- Are excited by early-stage startups and want real ownership, not just observation

What Fellows Receive While this is a fellowship and not a traditional full-time role, selected Fellows will receive:
- The title of Emome Global Growth Fellow
- A formal Emome Fellowship Certificate (after the 6 week)
- Public recognition across Emome channels and materials
- Chance to have your work and campaigns featured by Emome
- Direct exposure to startup building, growth experimentation, and brand strategy
- Access to a global cohort of ambitious fellows from different countries
- Close contact with Emome leadership
- The possibility of being considered for future opportunities with Emome based on performance and fit

Time Commitment
- Remote
- Flexible, part-time commitment
- Fellowship-based and project-driven
- Expected duration: 6–8 weeks

Selection Process We are intentionally keeping this fellowship selective.

Applicants should expect to submit:

- A short application
- A brief statement of motivation
- One concrete idea for how they would grow Emome on their campus or in their country
- A short video introduction may be requested for shortlisted candidates

We are not selecting the most polished applicants. We are selecting the most capable, proactive, and high-potential ones.
