Job Responsibilities

- Plan and execute cold email outreach campaigns to generate leads and business opportunities.

- Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns and automated sequences.

- Research and identify relevant prospects and target audiences.

- Create engaging email content, subject lines, and follow-up sequences.

- Manage email lists, segmentation, and lead databases.

- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, replies, and conversions.

- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.

- Set up and manage email automation workflows.

- Maintain email deliverability and minimize bounce and spam rates.

- Track campaign results and prepare regular performance reports.

- Continuously test new strategies to improve outreach and lead generation.





Requirements

- 1.5–4 years of experience in email marketing, cold outreach, or marketing automation.

- Hands-on experience with email marketing and automation platforms.

- Strong understanding of cold email campaigns, lead generation, email sequences, and deliverability.

- Valuable copywriting and communication skills.

- Knowledge of email analytics and campaign optimization.

- Experience with CRM and lead-generation tools is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹16,667.46 - ₹25,000.00 per month
