Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per month, depending on the interview
About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to join our marketing team.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of email marketing and, most importantly, the ability to write engaging, creative, and conversion-focused email content.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns.
- Write creative, engaging, and grammatically correct email content for different campaigns and audiences.
- Create compelling subject lines, email copies, CTAs, promotional content, and follow-up emails.
- Develop email campaigns aligned with marketing objectives and brand tone.
- Manage and maintain email lists and audience segments.
- Schedule and coordinate email campaigns as per the marketing calendar.
- Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement.
- Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, content, CTAs, and email formats.
- Analyze campaign results and suggest improvements for future campaigns.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams for email creatives and campaign execution.
- Ensure emails are properly formatted, error-free, and optimized for different devices.
- Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Email Marketing or a similar role.
- Excellent written English and grammar.
- Robust attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creativity and willingness to experiment with different email content and formats.
