Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and experienced GTM Electrician to handle electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and repair work across the property. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all electrical systems and equipment are functioning safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Carry out routine electrical maintenance and preventive maintenance work.

- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical systems, wiring, panels, switches, sockets, lighting, and related equipment.

- Attend to electrical breakdowns and faults promptly.

- Perform installation and replacement of electrical fixtures and equipment.

- Monitor electrical panels, distribution boards, generators, and other electrical systems.

- Ensure proper functioning of lighting systems, kitchen equipment, HVAC electrical connections,



and other property equipment.

- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential electrical hazards.

- Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair activities.

- Follow electrical safety procedures and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards.

- Coordinate with the Engineering/Maintenance team for planned and emergency maintenance.

- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and used safely.

- Assist with other engineering and maintenance duties as assigned by the supervisor or Engineering Manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
