Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on Electrical Technician to join our Production / Technical team. The candidate will be responsible for electrical wiring, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of EV charging equipment and related electrical systems.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, testing instruments, fault finding, and electrical safety standards.

Job Responsibilities –

1. Perform electrical wiring, assembly, installation, and testing of EV charging stations and electrical equipment.→ Carry out electrical wiring and assembly of EV chargers, install electrical components, and perform testing to ensure the equipment is working properly.
2. Carry out panel wiring, cable termination, connector fitting, and electrical component installation.→ Perform panel wiring as per electrical diagrams, properly terminate cables, fit connectors, and install electrical components correctly.
3. Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams, circuit diagrams,



and basic technical drawings.→ Understand electrical and circuit diagrams and follow them accurately while performing wiring, connections, and installations.
4. Conduct testing and troubleshooting of AC/DC chargers and related electrical systems.→ Test AC/DC EV chargers and identify technical or electrical problems. Troubleshoot and resolve issues to ensure proper functioning.
5. Identify electrical faults and rectify issues related to wiring, connections, components, and circuits.→ Identify faults such as loose connections, damaged components, incorrect wiring, short circuits, or voltage-related issues and take corrective action.
6. Use electrical testing instruments such as multimeter, clamp meter, insulation tester, etc.→ Use electrical testing tools to measure voltage, current, resistance, continuity, insulation, and other electrical parameters.
7. Assist in installation, commissioning, servicing, and maintenance of EV charging equipment at customer sites.→ Support the installation and commissioning of EV chargers at customer locations and assist with servicing, repairs, and maintenance activities.
8. Perform preventive maintenance and ensure proper functioning of electrical equipment.→ Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify potential problems and ensure that electrical equipment continues to operate efficiently.
9. Check electrical components and wiring for quality, safety, and proper installation.→ Inspect electrical components and wiring to ensure they are properly installed, securely connected, safe to operate, and meet company quality standards.
10. Coordinate with the Production, Service, and Engineering teams for technical issues.→ Work closely with Production, Service, and Engineering teams to report technical problems, discuss solutions, and resolve electrical issues efficiently.
11. Maintain proper records of testing, repairs, maintenance, and service activities.→ Maintain accurate records of testing, repairs, maintenance work, service visits,



and technical issues for future reference and reporting.
12. Follow electrical safety procedures and company standards during all work activities.→ Follow all electrical safety guidelines, use appropriate safety equipment, and ensure that work is carried out according to company procedures and standards.
13. Ensure timely completion of assigned electrical work and maintain workplace safety and cleanliness.→ Complete assigned tasks within the required timeline while keeping the workplace clean, organized, and safe.
14. Travel to customer locations for installation, service, troubleshooting, and maintenance whenever required.→ Travel to customer sites whenever required to perform EV charger installation, servicing, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance activities.

Required Technical Skills: · Electrical wiring, panel wiring & cable termination.

· Knowledge of AC/DC systems and electrical components.

· Ability to read wiring and circuit diagrams.

· Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting.

· Hands-on experience with multimeter, clamp meter, etc.

· Basic knowledge of EV chargers, batteries, and controllers.

· Knowledge of electrical safety and PPE.

Qualification & Experience:

· ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics.

· 1–5 years of relevant experience in electrical work, production, maintenance, or installation.

· EV charger / electrical equipment experience will be preferred.

· Robust hands-on technical and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Candidate:

· Candidates with experience in EV chargers, electrical panels, industrial electrical systems, or electrical equipment manufacturing will be preferred.

· Candidates should be technically sound and comfortable with hands-on electrical work.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
