Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager – Electrical to manage overall electrical maintenance and site operations at a client manufacturing facility in Behror, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in industrial/plant maintenance, team management, breakdown handling, preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.

Candidates with experience in Laminates, Plywood, Doors & Flooring manufacturing industries will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise overall electrical maintenance activities at the client site.
- Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of plant machinery and electrical systems.
- Handle breakdown maintenance, troubleshooting, root cause analysis and corrective actions .
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Ensure timely implementation of CAPA and permanent corrective actions.
- Monitor machine/equipment performance and identify opportunities for system modifications and upgrades.
- Coordinate maintenance activities for machines such as:
- Hot Press
- Edge Bending Machines
- Grinding & Polishing Machines
- Dust Collectors
- UV Coating Systems
- Lipping/Polishing Machines
- CNC Miter Saw
- Frame Milling Machines
- Paint Shop Equipment
- Beam Saw / Unicut Saw
- Sanding & Strapping Machines
- Compressors
- UPS and associated electrical systems
- Monitor key maintenance KPIs including MTTR, MTBF and OEE .
- Ensure optimum equipment availability and minimize breakdown/downtime.
- Coordinate with production and other departments for maintenance planning and execution.
- Maintain proper maintenance records,



reports and documentation using MS Office .
- Actively participate in audits such as TPM, WCM, OHSAS and other client/site audits .
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, maintenance SOPs and statutory requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for equipment reliability and maintenance efficiency.

Required Skills
- Robust knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance .
- Excellent troubleshooting and breakdown analysis skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Strong understanding of MTTR, MTBF, OEE and maintenance KPIs .
- Knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, motors, drives, sensors and industrial equipment.
- Good documentation and reporting skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office .
- Strong team coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage maintenance activities in a 24×7 manufacturing environment .

Candidate Profile
- 8+ years of relevant experience in industrial/plant electrical maintenance.
- Engineering/B.Tech candidates will be preferred for the Site Manager position.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in Laminates/Plywood/Door & Floor plant machinery will be highly preferred.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving and client-handling capabilities required.
