Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical & Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to take overall responsibility for electrical maintenance, facility maintenance and coordination activities across our office, warehouse, project sites and exhibitions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on electrical experience, good troubleshooting skills and the ability to independently coordinate maintenance requirements with internal teams, contractors, vendors and project personnel.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day electrical and general maintenance of the corporate office and warehouse.
- Identify, troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults and maintenance issues.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems, equipment and facilities.
- Attend and coordinate maintenance requirements at project sites, including solar and EV charging infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with electricians, technicians, contractors and external service providers whenever required.
- Ensure electrical installations and maintenance activities are carried out safely and efficiently.
- Support electrical arrangements and coordination during exhibitions, expos, corporate events and promotional events, including power requirements, temporary electrical installations and related coordination.
- Coordinate with event organizers, electrical contractors and internal teams for exhibition-related electrical requirements.
- Monitor and maintain electrical tools, equipment, fixtures and other maintenance assets.
- Maintain basic records of maintenance activities, repairs,



materials and service requirements.
- Identify recurring maintenance issues and recommend practical corrective measures.
- Coordinate procurement or replacement of electrical materials and maintenance items when required.
- Attend urgent maintenance requirements and breakdowns at office, warehouse and project locations.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and basic facility maintenance standards are maintained.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, exhibition venues and other company locations whenever required is mandatory.
- Follow company safety procedures and ensure safe working practices during all electrical activities.

Candidate Profile
- Diploma in Electrical Engineering is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in electrical maintenance, electrical works, facility maintenance or a similar role.
- Strong practical knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Experience handling office/industrial/warehouse electrical maintenance will be preferred.
- Experience in project-site electrical coordination will be an added advantage.
- Experience in exhibition/event electrical coordination will be an advantage.
- Should be capable of working independently and handling maintenance requirements with minimal supervision.
- Positive coordination and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites, exhibition venues and other company locations whenever required is mandatory.
- Candidates residing in and around Angamaly, preferably within a 10 km radius, are strongly preferred.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
