Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage electrical systems, maintenance, safety, and infrastructure requirements across educational institutions. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable electrical operations and timely execution of electrical projects and maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage electrical maintenance and day-to-day electrical operations across school/college campuses.
- Plan and supervise electrical installation, repair, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Monitor LT panels, transformers, DG sets, UPS systems, electrical wiring, lighting, and other electrical equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections and identify electrical faults, breakdowns, and safety risks.
- Coordinate with electrical contractors, vendors, and service providers for maintenance and projects.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and statutory requirements.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, BOQs, estimates, and material requirements.
- Monitor energy consumption and identify opportunities for energy saving.
- Support new campus/branch setup, renovation,



and electrical infrastructure projects.
- Ensure all electrical works are completed within the required timeline, quality standards, and budget.
- Coordinate with civil, facility, administration, and other departments for smooth campus operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years of relevant experience, preferably in educational institutions, commercial buildings, facility management, or large infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, maintenance, and safety practices.
- Experience in handling contractors and vendors.
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills.
- Knowledge of electrical drawings, BOQ, estimation, and project execution.
- Willingness to travel across branches/sites as required.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in schools, colleges, educational campuses, commercial buildings, multi-location infrastructure operations will be preferred.
