We are looking for an experienced Electrical /ELV Engineer to oversee electrical works for residential and commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems while ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Supervise and manage electrical /ELV works at construction/project sites.
- Review electrical drawings, layouts, BOQs, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, vendors, and other project teams.
- Ensure proper installation of electrical /ELV systems as per approved drawings and standards.
- Monitor installation of LT panels, HT systems, transformers, DG sets, cables, conduits, DBs, lighting, earthing, and electrical equipment.
- Supervise electrical works related to residential towers, commercial buildings, common areas, basements, parking areas, and external development.
- Check cable laying, termination, testing, insulation, earthing, and electrical connections.
- Coordinate for testing and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Ensure work is completed within the approved project schedule and budget.
- Monitor contractors and subcontractors and ensure proper manpower deployment.
- Check material quality and ensure materials are used as per approved specifications.
- Verify contractor measurements, bills, and quantities against actual site work.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant departments for timely resolution.




- Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and electrical work records.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements and applicable standards.
- Coordinate with the Fire Fighting, HVAC, Plumbing, Civil, MEP, and Project teams to avoid service clashes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and identify defects or deviations.
- Ensure timely rectification of electrical defects and snag items.
- Support project handover, documentation, testing reports, and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams during the transition from construction to operation.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of electrical systems used in residential and commercial buildings.
- Valuable understanding of electrical drawings and BOQs.
- Knowledge of HT/LT systems, DG, transformers, panels, lighting, earthing, cables, and electrical distribution systems.
- Good contractor and site management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external agencies.
- Good knowledge of electrical safety practices.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work under project deadlines.

Qualification B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.

Experience

6-8 years of relevant experience in electrical execution, preferably with a real estate developer, construction company, or building projects.

Preferred Experience

- Candidates with experience in residential towers, high-rise buildings, commercial projects, group housing, or large-scale real estate projects will be preferred.
