Job Responsibilities

Electrical Maintenance Engineer PLC

Handle electrical maintenance and troubleshooting of industrial machinery and production equipment.

Diagnose and resolve PLC, electrical control panel, sensor, motor, VFD and automation-related breakdowns.

Perform PLC programming, modification, monitoring and troubleshooting.

Troubleshoot Mitsubishi and Omron PLC system s and identify PLC-related faults.

Read and understand electrical wiring diagrams, control circuits and PLC I/O diagrams.

Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize machine downtime.

Troubleshoot AC/DC motors, contactors, relays, sensors, VFDs and control circuits.

Support automation-related maintenance and machine improvement activities.

Maintain proper documentation of breakdowns, preventive maintenance and corrective actions.

Follow electrical safety procedures and maintenance standards.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Electrical Maintenance & Troubleshooting .





Hands-on experience in PLC Programming and Troubleshooting .

Must have experience with Mitsubishi PLC and/or Omron PLC.

Good knowledge of industrial automation and control systems.

Knowledge of VFD, sensors, motors, relays, contactors and electrical panels.

Ability to interpret electrical drawings and control circuits.

Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualification

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech Electrical / EEE / ECE / related discipline

Preferred Experience

Experience in manufacturing / automotive / industrial automation / production machinery maintenance will be preferred.

Key Requirement: Strong hands-on experience in PLC Programming + Mitsubishi/Omron PLC + Electrical Maintenance Troubleshooting.
