Position : HSE Officer Crushing & Screening / Aggregates (Project Site)

Experience: 5-10 Yrs.

Location: Kolkata (with travel to customer/project sites)

Budget: Up to 11 LPA

Industry: Mining / Aggregates / Construction Materials / Industrial Equipment

About the Role

We are looking for an HSE Officer to ensure 100% health, safety & setting compliance across our customer/project sites. This is a hands-on, site-facing role ideal for a safety professional with strong experience in crushing & screening plant operations and a track record of managing safety on active project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and assist site in-charges in implementing the EHS Plan
- Roll out company HSE policy, procedures, and minimum safety standards; ensure legal, regulatory & customer compliance
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)



for all operational activities
- Conduct risk assessments for operational activities and propose mitigation plans
- Track and close unsafe acts/unsafe conditions using the HSE24 tool
- Prepare project emergency response plans and conduct mock drills
- Manage contractor safety in coordination with Site In-charges, HSE Manager, and leadership
- Conduct HSE audits, site reviews, and safety campaigns
- Deliver HSE performance presentations to business heads with data-backed recommendations
- Conduct safety training for employees, contractors, and customers
- Compile MIS reports and maintain all HSE documentation/records

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Bachelor's degree + Advanced Diploma in HSE (NEBOSH/IOSH preferred)
- 46 years of on-site HSE experience, preferably in crushing & screening / aggregates / quarry / mining plant operations
- Familiarity with crushing & screening equipment and associated hazards moving machinery, dust, noise, mobile plant interaction
- Strong exposure to contractor safety management on customer/project sites
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; strong team player
