Qualification: D.M.E. / B.E. Mechanical + PG Diploma in Industrial Safety

Communication: Strong English communication (Verbal)

Key Responsibilities

- Implement EHS norms as per statutory rules, regulations, and ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 standards.
- Monitor EHS performance and ensure achievement of EHS goals and objectives.
- Prepare and maintain ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 records and documentation.
- Identify workplace hazards and implement corrective/preventive measures.
- Maintain EHS checklists, safety records, and compliance documents.
- Implement and monitor work permit systems.
- Maintain records of accidents, incidents, near misses, HIRA, and Aspect-Impact Registers.
- Ensure proper use of PPE and maintain high housekeeping standards.
- Conduct safety training, awareness programs, and safety activities.
- Develop and implement safety guidelines for workers and supervisors.
- Promote a robust safety culture across the organization.
