Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with the ability to support diverse curricula and age groups.
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Training, including designing structured sessions and learning resources.
- Effective Communication skills for interacting with learners, parents, and colleagues in a clear and professional manner.
- Subject expertise.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a relevant academic field; teaching certifications or experience with Cambridge/IB are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Rajkot, manage part-time schedules, and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
- Experience with coaching for language proficiency or competitive exams, and interest in ongoing professional development.
