Role Description The Educational Content Creator (STEM) is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, developing, and refining STEM learning content, with a focus on areas such as AI, GenAI, Python, SQL, Cloud, Data Science, and Machine Learning. Day-to-day tasks include researching STEM topics, creating structured lessons, practice problems, project-based activities, and assessments for online courses, bootcamps, and corporate training programs.

The role involves adapting complex technical concepts into clear, accessible explanations for diverse learner audiences, and aligning content with curriculum standards and industry expectations.

The Educational Content

Creator will collaborate with instructional designers, trainers, and subject matter experts to ensure content quality,



accuracy, and learner engagement, while iterating based on feedback and performance data. Additional responsibilities may include preparing supporting materials (slides, worksheets, labs), contributing to webinars and workshops, and helping shape PPStack’s content strategy for STEM education.

Qualifications

- Strong STEM foundation with skills in one or more areas such as AI, GenAI, Python, SQL, Cloud, Data Science, or Machine Learning.
- Experience in educational content creation, including lesson design, curriculum development, and assessment creation for online or blended learning.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, using structured learning objectives, examples, and real-world applications.
- Familiarity with digital learning tools and platforms, and comfort working with AI-powered or data-driven education technologies.
- Strong writing and editing skills tailored to educational formats (course materials, labs, guides, tutorials, and learning resources).
- Collaborative mindset, ability to work effectively in remote, cross-functional teams with educators, trainers, and technologists.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in EdTech, corporate training, bootcamps, or academic instruction is an advantage.
- Comfort with learner-centered design principles, inclusive pedagogy, and creating content for diverse global audiences
