We are seeking a passionate and result-oriented Education Counsellor to join our admissions team. The ideal candidate will guide prospective students through the course selection and admission process, provide accurate information about academic programs, and help them make informed educational decisions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to achieve admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Counsel prospective students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.

· Understand students' educational background, interests, and career aspirations to recommend suitable programs.

· Explain course details, eligibility criteria, fee structure, scholarships, and enrolment processes.

· Assist students with application forms and documentation.





· Follow up with leads through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

· Maintain accurate records of inquiries, applications, and student interactions in the CRM.

· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding experience.

· Achieve monthly admission and enrolment targets.

· Participate in educational seminars, career fairs, and promotional activities when required.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

· 1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, academic advising, or a similar role.

· Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are encouraged to apply.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and the local language.

· Good counselling, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.

· Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

· Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
