Role Overview

We are looking for District-level Educational Consultants who can develop strong relationships across the education ecosystem and identify opportunities for VINC DEEPTECH’s solutions.

The consultant will act as the local education-sector representative, building connections with District Education Authorities, government departments, schools, colleges and other educational institutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with District Education Authorities, DEOs, BEOs, education officials and institutional leadership.

Develop connections with government and private schools, colleges, KGBVs, PM SHRI schools and other educational institutions.

Understand the specific needs, challenges, budgets and priorities of institutions within the district.

Identify potential projects and business opportunities for VINC DEEPTECH.

Conduct meetings and presentations with relevant stakeholders.

Recommend customised solutions based on the institution’s requirements.

Coordinate with VINC DEEPTECH’s central team for proposals, demonstrations, pricing and implementation.

Follow up on opportunities and support the conversion of leads into orders/projects.





Maintain a district-level pipeline of prospects and opportunities.

Provide regular market intelligence and feedback on emerging education requirements.

Ideal Candidate

Experience in education, EdTech, school management, government projects, sales or consulting preferred.

Strong network among District Education Authorities and school/college management.

Excellent communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.

Understanding of the local education ecosystem and decision-making processes.

Self-driven, target-oriented and comfortable working independently.

Existing relationships with government/private educational institutions will be a robust advantage.

Compensation

This is a performance-oriented compensated role.

Fixed/retainer compensation: As per experience and district

Major component of compensation will be incentive-based and linked to successful business conversion.

Attractive incentives for converting institutional and government opportunities.

Additional incentives may be offered for achieving district-level targets.

Success in This Role The ideal consultant will be someone who can open doors, understand the requirement, bring the right stakeholders to the table and convert opportunities into sustainable projects for VINC DEEPTECH.
