Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Academic Counsellors to guide prospective students in choosing the right undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for education, and the ability to convert enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel prospective students regarding various UG and PG programs.
- Understand students' career aspirations and recommend suitable courses.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up on leads, and respond to student queries.
- Convert leads into successful admissions by providing accurate information and guidance.
- Manage counselling through phone calls, online chats, and other communication channels.
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM system.
- Ensure a seamless admission process and provide excellent candidate experience.
- Meet monthly admission and revenue targets.





Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good counselling and convincing abilities.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
- Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 6 month experience in Academic Counselling, Inside Sales, Education Sales, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.

- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
