About the Role

We are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to join our team in Indore. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, maintaining product listings, monitoring inventory and pricing, handling orders, and supporting sales and promotional activities across online marketplaces.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and a good understanding of online merchandising, customer service, product SEO, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Ensure product titles, descriptions, images, pricing, and other information are accurate and optimized.
- Manage platforms/marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, orders, returns, and overall platform performance.
- Process and track customer orders and coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
- Respond to customer queries and resolve issues efficiently.




- Analyse sales and product data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Apply basic product SEO and online merchandising practices to improve visibility and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction and sales performance.
- Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

- 0 to 1 year of experience as an E-Commerce Associate/Specialist.
- Hands-on experience with e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of e-commerce operations and online sales.
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of product SEO, pricing strategies, and online merchandising.
- Positive organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or online sales will be an advantage.
