Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Ecommerce Manager role based in Mysore.

The Ecommerce

Manager will oversee day-to-day operations across online marketplaces and brand-owned digital channels, including listing management, catalog optimization, pricing strategies, and inventory coordination. The role involves monitoring platform performance, analyzing sales and traffic data, managing promotions and campaigns, and ensuring product content, images, and descriptions meet brand and platform standards.

The Ecommerce

Manager will collaborate with sales, marketing, supply chain, and production teams to drive revenue growth, improve customer experience, and maintain strong relationships with platform account managers.

Responsibilities also include identifying growth opportunities, tracking competitor activity, and contributing to digital marketing initiatives aligned with the company’s e-commerce strategy.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong E-Commerce and Sales skills, with hands-on experience managing online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) and driving revenue growth.




- Candidates should possess solid Marketing skills, including experience with digital campaigns, promotions, and basic performance tracking for online channels.
- Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills, with the ability to interpret data, monitor KPIs, and generate actionable insights for business decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder management, and coordination with platform representatives.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, commerce, or a related field are preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer products, or hygiene/personal care categories, especially within e-commerce, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel or other analytics tools, familiarity with marketplace dashboards, and strong attention to detail are beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Mysore, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
