Role Description The Ecommerce Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Rohini, responsible for driving online sales and overseeing daily operations of Perr Cherry’s ecommerce channels. This role involves managing product listings, pricing, and promotions; monitoring inventory and order fulfillment; and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and timely delivery.

The Ecommerce

Manager will analyze marketplaces, website performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior to optimize user experience and drive revenue growth. They will plan and execute online marketing campaigns, collaborate on content and visuals for the website and marketplaces, and manage customer queries related to online purchases.



The role also includes reporting on key performance metrics and recommending data-driven strategies to support overall business objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills to interpret ecommerce data, track performance metrics, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Experience and knowledge of amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, nykaa, blinkit, instamart and first cry etc. is a must.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage customer interactions professionally.
- Demonstrated experience in ecommerce operations, including managing online storefronts, marketplaces, and order processes.
- Sales and marketing skills to plan promotions, optimize product visibility, and support revenue growth across digital channels.
- Proficiency with ecommerce platforms, basic web analytics tools, and MS Excel or similar tools for reporting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work on-site in Rohini, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in beauty, skincare, or consumer goods ecommerce is an advantage, along with an interest in clean and vegan products.
