We’re hiring a hands-on Ecommerce Department Manager to lead cross-functional teams and own P&L; accountability for revenue streams.

Role & Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end operations of the e-commerce department: marketplace listings, inventory sync, fulfillment workflows, and customer experience across platforms.
- Drive revenue growth by optimizing pricing, promotions, listings, and conversion funnels using data from Google Analytics, Shopify, and marketplace dashboards.
- Manage vendor and logistics partner relationships to ensure on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, and cost control across 3PL and in-house fulfillment.
- Lead cross-functional squads including marketing, tech, and customer support to align on KPIs, launch campaigns, and resolve operational bottlenecks.




- Implement automation tools and process improvements (e.g., Zapier, SKU management systems) to reduce manual overhead and improve scalability.
- Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership with actionable insights, ROI analysis, and growth projections.
