E-Commerce Specialist — Job DescriptionWe are looking for an E-Commerce Specialist to manage and maintain our clothing brand’s online store. The role will involve product listings, inventory updates, order processing, invoicing, and ensuring smooth day-to-day e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities: Manage product listings, descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory. Process online orders and coordinate with the dispatch/operations team. Generate invoices and maintain accurate order records.

Monitor stock levels and update website inventory regularly. Handle product updates, promotions, discounts, and website content. Coordinate with marketplaces and delivery partners, if required. Track orders, returns, exchanges, and cancellations.

Ensure the website is updated, accurate, and running smoothly. Prepare basic sales and e-commerce reports.

Requirements: Valuable knowledge of e-commerce platforms, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience with a clothing/fashion brand or online retail is preferred.
