E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager – Zahyra Couture

Zahyra Couture is a growing luxury fashion brand specializing in handcrafted Moroccan-inspired couture, kaftans and made-to-order luxury garments. We are looking for a talented and motivated E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team and take ownership of our online business operations.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the founder and play an important role in building and scaling a growing luxury fashion brand internationally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize our Shopify website on a day-to-day basis.
- Manage and grow our Etsy store, including listings, SEO, products, promotions and overall store performance.
- Upload and optimize products, including titles, descriptions, images, pricing, collections and variants.
- Improve website user experience and conversion rates.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Monitor marketing performance, sales, traffic, conversion rate, ROAS and other important KPIs.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies for Shopify and Etsy.
- Manage Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Pixel and other e-commerce tracking tools.
- Identify opportunities to increase online sales and customer acquisition.
- Assist with email marketing, customer retention and promotional campaigns.
- Create and coordinate digital marketing content using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Research competitors, trends and opportunities in the luxury fashion and e-commerce market.
- Prepare regular reports and provide actionable recommendations to the founder.
- Work closely with the production and customer service teams to ensure online orders are handled smoothly.
- Take ownership of day-to-day e-commerce operations and continuously look for ways to improve performance.

What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience managing Shopify or other e-commerce stores.




- Strong experience with Etsy, e-commerce SEO and product listing optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Search Console and conversion tracking.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce conversion optimization.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo or Shopify Email is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Fashion, luxury, apparel or premium e-commerce experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative and own results rather than simply complete assigned tasks.

You will work directly with the founder, so we are looking for someone who can bring ideas, identify problems, test solutions and help build the e-commerce side of Zahyra Couture from the ground up.

This is not simply a data-entry or website-maintenance position. We want someone who wants to grow with the brand and take real ownership of our digital business.

Location & Work

Mumbai, Maharashtra

This is an on-site position at our office near our production facility. The candidate should be comfortable working in a growing business environment and collaborating directly with the founder and team.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience, skills and proven performance. Candidates with strong experience in Shopify, Etsy, paid advertising, SEO and e-commerce growth may be considered toward the higher end of the range.

Candidates with strong relevant experience and a proven track record of growing e-commerce businesses may be considered for higher compensation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
