Event Management Executive – End-to-End Event Operations

Location: Kirti Nagar, New Delhi

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Event Management Executive who can independently handle end-to-end event management, from planning and coordination to on-ground execution.

The role involves event planning, vendor coordination, production, travel arrangements, logistics, and ensuring smooth execution of events.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle events end-to-end, from planning to final execution.
- Coordinate with vendors, production teams, decorators, venues, artists, and other service providers.
- Manage event production, setup, branding, and on-ground requirements.
- Plan and coordinate travel, transportation, accommodation, and logistics for events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely execution.
- Manage event schedules, checklists, timelines, and budgets.
- Conduct venue visits and coordinate pre-event preparations.
- Handle on-ground event operations and resolve issues during events.
- Ensure all event requirements are completed as per plan and timelines.
- Travel to different locations as required for events.




- Prepare and maintain event-related documentation, quotations, and expense records.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in event management or event operations.
- Strong coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for events.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable with on-ground execution.
- Experience in event production and logistics will be preferred.

Education
- Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

Experience
- Event Management: 1 year (Preferred)
- Event Operations/Production: 1 year (Preferred)
- Total Work Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
