Job Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce marketplaces and brand websites. Upload and maintain product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and inventory. Manage orders, returns, cancellations and customer queries.

Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales and accounts teams. Monitor sales, stock availability and product performance. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and marketplace MIS reports. Manage promotions, discounts and online campaigns.

Improve product visibility, conversion and online sales. Coordinate product photography and content requirements. Monitor competitor pricing, products and market trends.

Required Skills 5+ years of experience in E-Commerce, preferably in bags, fashion accessories, footwear or lifestyle products .



Valuable knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Meesho and brand websites. Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and e-commerce MIS.

Experience with product listing, catalogue management and inventory. Understanding of SEO, keywords, marketplace ads and digital marketing . Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong coordination and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple marketplaces and deadlines. Knowledge of Shopify / WooCommerce will be an advantage.
